My new computer shipped (apparently -- it says so on the site but they didnapos;t send me the email) so i should be getting it this week�yaaaaaay considering the estimated date of arrival was supposed to be 10/29, iapos;m impressed

yesterday was sooo much fun. Went to the jim beam festival with the gang. Funny, apos;cause when i had my infamous "jim beam experience" these guys were all there. Needless to say, i avoided the jim beam. I did have some makerapos;s mark and it burned the crap out of my throat and belly. Not much of a bourbon drinker, thatapos;s fo sho. I mostly hung around the beers, ciders, and other liquors. And we had some wicked good bbq.

went to the melting pot for dinner and it was as amazing as it always is. I got sooo stuffed, though, and then there was other drama... Talked to molly about it on the way home and she made me feel even shittier.

Iapos;m not sure what iapos;m going to call her. Sheapos;s all naked and they didnapos;t put her eyes in my parcel so i have not yet received them. I tried making some clothes for her but iapos;m not as crafty as i used to be. Itapos;s going to take a lot of practice. Iapos;m going to buy some fabric today. Iapos;m really into drawing comics and i was thinking about making her like a superhero costume for halloween.

iapos;m still really really afraid of faceups. The one for my 27cm girl turned out ok. But still... I saw some tutorials on youtube but i just lack confidence.

Ok. I sent the letter to the wrong address (gmail took awhile before notifying me that the address doesnapos;t exist)... I still checked my bank account. On the 15th CM investments deposited money anyways. They then reversed the direct deposit Sent a nicer letter to the right address this time, as Mercury is still retro grade. Waiting... Will re-send not so nice letter tomorrow. That money would put me above the red. I called mom and mentioned that I might need help at the end of the money. My Wal*mart credit card is getting full with just gas and food. Positives? A beautiful check from OfficeMax... Not a full two weeks of work and STILL the amount was nice. I can be stable by January 2009.

I have had the best two days. Last night I went out on a date with Jay. Heapos;s the guy I picked up at the gym on Friday. So we decided to meet by the train station.

I got there first and was kind of just wandering around. He walked up to me suddenly and said, "Excuse me, sir. What do you think youapos;re doing here at this hour?" It was really funny. And when I turned around and saw him - he was even cuter than I remembered Heapos;s 6apos;2", dark blond hair, glasses and he had blond scruff. So hot

We took the train to Soho and went to a bar called Edge. Itapos;s kind of a small bar with 3 floors. It was nice, actually - I really liked the vibe of it. He bought the first round of beers and we sat down and started chatting. Now, my biggest fear on dates is running out of things to talk about. Mainly because thatapos;s what always happens.

But not last night We found tons of things to talk about. The conversation flowed the whole night. I found out that heapos;s from Minnesota, went to Syracuse University and studied television production. He was in the marching band (YES) and then moved to North Carolina where he met his ex boyfriend. He and his ex moved to London 6 years ago and have since broken up.

Anyway, to make a long story short, we totally hit it off. After three bars and several drinks, he walked me to the night bus stop and it was pulling up as we got there, so I had to leave abruptly. No making out, but he turned back to look twice as he was walking away. And he texted me when he got home.

I canapos;t wait to see him again. :) While we were chatting last night, he mentioned there was a London Gay Lesbian Orchestra, and I decided to look into it today. Iapos;m not really an orchestra type, so I was pleased to see that thereapos;s also a wind ensemble Yay band So I emailed the group and I start rehearsing with them NEXT THURSDAY. Itapos;s been so long since Iapos;ve played my clarinet and I couldnapos;t be more excited about playing in a group again. I canapos;t decided if Iapos;m more happy about seeing Jay again or more happy about being in a band again.

Paid my rent and water bill yesterday. Put the money into Nitaapos;s bank account, as she prefers. In two weeks I will have lived in this house for a year. That is a record. I have not been anywhere longer than 9 months since 2005.

So right before I was leaving to go to class for the day, Mike decides to start kissing me, and in the way when we are about to mess around...
